LAS VEGAS, April 11, 2018 – The Security Industry Association announced the winners of the SIA New Product Showcase Awards Program. Winners were recognized on stage at ISC West 2018, North America’s largest security tradeshow.
The SIA New Product Showcase (NPS) received 122 entries in 2018 – beating the previous record from 2017 – with technologies covering 29 categories.
“The SIA New Product Showcase challenges our industry’s solutions developers to create and deliver exceptional security offerings, and this year we saw many new entrants competing in the showcase,” said SIA CEO Don Erickson.
Since its inception in 1979, SIA NPS has been the security industry’s premier awards-based marketing program. This year’s NPS Program had 122 entries from small, medium and large companies in the security industry. This number set a record for entrants in recent years.

March Networks in Booth 26047 at ISC West 2018—was announced as the winner of the Security Industry Association New Product Award for the Video Surveillance Management Systems category.
The winning product was March Networks 8724 V Tribrid NVR
The Video Surveillance Management Systems category refers to any hardware and software video management systems – NVR, DVR, HVR, VMS and virtual solutions for the management, display and distribution of video surveillance data.
