Wellness Wednesday: Sound Bath

Join us in welcoming back Leo and Lori for Meditation & Sound Bath Immersion on Wednesday. This session aims to bring a little calm to everyone’s lives, knowing how stressful the month of December can be leading up to the holidays.

Class Time: 12-12:50pm.

Location: Hub350, RBCx Finance Quarter, (350 Legget Drive, Ottawa)

There is a fee of $10 cash for Leo and Lori.

Bring your own yoga mat and join us! No registration is required, please feel free to arrive at 11:50 to get settled.
