Richcraft: Kanata Race Day

Description
Kanata Race Day is a community fun run open to all ages. Proceeds from this event support ongoing enhancements of the Richcraft Recreation Complex Kanata and recreation within the community.
Featuring a 10K, 5K, 1K, and 200m Tot Trot, the race is held at the Richcraft Recreation Complex Kanata (RRCK). The 5/10K events start and finish on Innovation Drive and head northeast to Hines Road and continue into the Nordion Canada campus. The 5K does one loop, and the 10K covers two loops. The 1K is an out-and-back route along Innovation Drive.
Registration Schedule
All participants in the 10K, 5K and 1K must be registered to participate. Register online until 11:59 p.m. Thursday, May 30th, 2024.
Tot Trotters simply show up at the race site!
Group Registration
We’ve simplified group registrations this year: Any group of 6 or more registering at the same time will automatically receive a 10% discount!

Race Day Schedule
Kanata Race Day is Sunday, June 9, 2024. These are the times for this year’s events:
8:30 a.m. – 5K & 10K
9:45 a.m. – 1K (children 5-12 years of age)
10:00 a.m. – TOT TROT (children under 5 years of age)
Registration: Registration must be completed in advance online only. Limited late registration is available in-person at the Saturday race kit pickup. However, only a limited number of timing chip bibs are available, so participants are encouraged to register early online.
Parking: Please follow directions for parking at the race site. More information will be provided closer to the date of the race.
